Refunds and Exchanges
Once you make your final selection and purchase or book your program, CAD Sports Group will not make exchanges or refunds unless a program or event is cancelled or postponed as discussed below in Refund Policy for Cancelled or Postponed Events.

Cancelled or Postponed Events
CAD Sports Group will issue refunds ONLY if an event is cancelled in its entirety and not rescheduled. If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, refunds will automatically be applied to the credit card used by the customer at the time of purchase. In such instances, refunds will generally appear on your next credit card statement depending upon your credit card’s billing cycle.
